\nPolisher GR04<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”text-j”]The longitudinal polisher ver. GR04 is designed to decrease grinding stress and surface residual stress after initial processes of turning, milling and grinding. The operation of our polishers is intuitive and controlled via a touchscreen application. The GR04 is the most advanced device in MTC\u2019s portfolio.<\/span><\/p>\n

What makes the GR04 an exclusive product available on the market is:<\/span><\/p>\n

– automatic and longitudinal polishing process in which the contact between the specimen and the particular area of sandpaper is nonrecurring. During the polishing cycles the sandpaper rewinds continuously and the specimen is rotated,<\/span><\/p>\n

– possibility of adjusting main polishing parameters such as: specimen rotation, polishing force, speed of longitudinal movement of sandpaper, active polishing length,<\/span><\/p>\n

– possibility of use of 4 kinds of sandpapers – during the polishing process the polisher can switch between the four different kinds of sandpaper automatically,<\/span><\/p>\n

– automatic cleaning of specimens after each polishing sequence,<\/span><\/p>\n

\nGR04 is able to polish specimens such as: cylindrical type A, B, flat type 1,2,3,4 (see below).
\nThe polishing process is in accordance with ASTM E466, ASTM E606, EN 6072 and NADCAP.<\/span>
